INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, lookbook imagery, product designs, audio previews, and code—is the exclusive property of JusJai2® and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

2. GARMENTS & PRODUCTION (PRINT-ON-DEMAND) Our apparel is produced on-demand in collaboration with trusted fulfillment partners (Printify). • Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and drapes of our garments accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your digital display and the physical printing process. • Production Times: Because items are custom-made when ordered, processing times may vary. Standard production takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

3. PURCHASES, PRICING & PAYMENTS • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including stock limitations, inaccuracies in product data, or suspected fraud. • Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. • Payment Security: All payments are securely processed through Stripe or Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card data.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Shipping is handled through third-party carriers via our fulfillment network. While we provide tracking numbers and estimated delivery windows, JusJai2® is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs/import duties incurred on international shipments once the package leaves the fulfillment facility.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS Because our pieces are custom-manufactured on-demand for each customer, we maintain a strict policy to ensure sustainability and reduce waste: • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering. • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or structural damage, contact us at care@jusjai2.com within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will gladly arrange a replacement order or full refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY JusJai2® and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, your inability to use the site, or the performance of any products purchased through the platform.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted here with the revised "Last Updated" date.
