JusJai2 is a clothing and culture brand rooted in house music, radio, graphic garments, and the Five Feelers. These terms explain how our site, shop, content, and made-to-order products should be used.
1. Brand ownership and intellectual property. All JusJai2 names, logos, graphics, garment artwork, product names, photography, written copy, audio references, show names, and visual materials belong to JusJai2 unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or use our creative work for commercial purposes without written permission.
2. Products and availability. Five Feelers graphics may be offered across different garment types, including Crew Cut, Layered Vibe, and Deep Hood styles. Color options, prices, sizes, and availability may change. Product photography and mockups are provided to represent the item as clearly as possible, but actual color and print placement may vary slightly based on screen settings, garment stock, and production conditions.
3. Made-to-order fulfillment. Garments may be produced on demand through ecommerce and fulfillment partners, including Shopify and production partners such as Printify. Because items are made after purchase, production time is separate from shipping time. Please review your selected garment, size, color, shipping address, and payment details before checkout.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment. Prices are listed through the shop and may change without notice. Payment is handled through secure third-party checkout providers. JusJai2 does not store full payment card details. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability if an item, blank garment, or fulfillment route becomes unavailable; in that case, we may contact you with options.
5. Shipping, returns, and customer support. Shipping times depend on production, carrier timelines, and destination. Because made-to-order garments are produced specifically for the buyer, returns, exchanges, or cancellations may be limited unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos if there is an issue.
6. Website use. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, misuse forms, impersonate others, or use the site in a way that harms the brand, visitors, or connected platforms. Links to outside services such as Shopify, WHCIP, YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram, or payment processors are governed by their own terms.
7. Culture and media links. On Air, Journal, Brand Code, and other cultural content are provided for storytelling, discovery, and community connection. Linked radio, music, or social platforms may change schedules, availability, or content independently from JusJai2.
8. Limitation of liability. JusJai2 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to site use, product delays, third-party platform issues, carrier delays, or differences caused by device display settings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
