At JusJai2®, all our garments are custom made-to-order rather than mass-produced. This model helps reduce fashion waste and ensures high-quality design execution. Because of this custom process, your delivery window is divided into two phases: Production Time and Transit Time.

1. PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT TIMELINES Before an order is handed over to a shipping carrier, it must pass through custom printing, curing, and strict quality control checks. • Standard Production Time: 2–7 business days. • Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday seasons, custom production can occasionally extend past 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while your garments are being constructed.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES (U.S.) Once production is complete, your package is dispatched via our fulfillment network using premium domestic carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx). • Standard US Domestic Delivery: 2–5 business days after fulfillment. • Total Estimated Window: Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the moment your payment is processed. • Note: Weekend days and federal holidays are not counted as active business days for production or shipping transit.

3. ORDER TRACKING A tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address as soon as your garment leaves the production facility. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with initial location scans.

4. MULTIPLE PACKAGES & SPLIT SHIPMENTS Because we curate items that utilize specialized production facilities, different garments in a single order may be fulfilled by separate print providers. • If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. • You will receive individual tracking notifications for each piece of your order as it ships.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Please verify your shipping address carefully before finalizing checkout. • If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the secondary shipping fees required to resend the order. • We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to customer address input errors.

6. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier depot first. If a shipment goes missing in transit and has not updated for more than 14 business days, reach out to our team immediately. CONTACT INFORMATION
